Reservations / Bookings
There is no double-booking in my schedule. To ensure the safety and well-being of all pets, I do not allow my bookings to overlap with other households. For example, I cannot and will not provide dog walks for one household while I am actively pet sitting in another household.
No "every other day" pet sitting visits. All pets must be visited at least once every 24 hours.
Last-Minute Service: A $5-$10 fee is applied to bookings made less than 24-hours in advance.
Keys for entryways must be provided at least 24-hours prior to the booking or placed in a lock box.
Unsecured Pets: It is the responsibility of the Owner to ensure outside spaces are secure prior to leaving pets unattended before a booking. Pets that have unsupervised access to the outdoors via a door or flap are considered unsecure pets.
Family/Friend Access
It is strongly recommended that clients limit family and friend access to the home during a pet care booking. This helps to eliminate confusion with regular feeding/walking/medication routines as well as responsibility if an incident occurs.
Safe Access
For evening and nighttime bookings, please leave the porch light on for the Sitter’s arrival.
In the event of inclement weather, clients should ensure outdoor steps, sidewalks, and porches, are accessible for the Sitter.

Payment Process
Compensation
The Owner shall fully compensate the Sitter for the Services rendered under the agreement within 10-days following the invoice given.
For pet sitting services, half of the total amount due for the full pet sitting timeframe is expected before the pet sitting services begin. This initial payment also confirms and secures the anticipated timeframe for the client.
Invoice/Receipt of Services
Each invoice is sent via email, given the client has provided a valid email address.
Physical copies are available upon request. Physical copies of invoices are sent out from PNC Bank. Please allow 2-3 business days for delivery.

Cancellation / Refunds
Payment for dog walking and drop-in visits is not collected until services have been rendered. Clients may opt to pay in advance but are under no obligation to do so. Half of the payment for pet sitting is due prior to the onset of services.
For cancellations within 24-72 hours of the scheduled booking, clients will be billed for half of the original service cost. If a client pays in advance, they will be refunded half of their payment.
For cancellations within 24-hours of the scheduled booking, clients are responsible for payment of the original service cost.
Confidentiality
Client information is never disclosed and/or discussed with third parties. Your information is stored securely for booking and billing services only.
